What to expect

  • Initial treatments will take a minimum of 60 minutes.

  • We will go over a detailed health history and figure out the right treatment plan for you based on your needs, and the treatment type you are interested in.

  • Please wear loose clothing for your first visit if you can for comfort. We also have linens for beds, as additional drapes and we are willing tp provide gowns if you need.

  • For more detailed information on each service, please click on the individual service you are interested in on our homepage.

Paperwork

  • New clients/patients paperwork will be emailed to you, please fill it out prior to your first appointment.

  • If we will be billing your insurance, please send a copy of the front and back of your insurance card to our office. Individual office contact information can be found on the contact page of our website.

  • Please give us 48 hours to verify your benefits.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the practitioners day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be automatically charged a full fee session.
