We provide evidence-informed cupping therapy, acupuncture, and wellness add-ons reflexology, facial rejuvenation. Our Head-to-Toes Recovery package combines a haircut, cupping, and reflexology for a complete wellness experience.

2. Who performs the treatments?

All treatments are performed by licensed and trained practitioners, including acupuncturists, and certified recovery therapists. Barbers participating in Head-to-Toes Recovery receive specialized training to safely integrate wellness add-ons.

3. Are your services covered by insurance?

Many of our services may be eligible for extended health benefits. Clients are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance provider. We provide receipts for self-claim submission.

4. Do you accept insurance direct billing?

Currently, we provide insurance receipts for self-claim. Direct billing may be available in the future; please ask at booking for details.

5. How do I book a session?

You can book via our website, online booking system, or by phone. Head-to-Toes Recovery sessions are available by appointment during select barber hours and wellness hours.

6. How long is a typical session?

• Cupping therapy: 60 minutes

• Acupuncture:(initial assessment), 30 minutes (follow-up)
